Here’s my super-simple recipe for tofu marinated in fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, tarragon, basil, parsley, etc.).
Tofu, also known as "soy cheese," has a fairly neutral flavor. That’s why it’s often marinated before cooking, so it absorbs the flavors of the marinade you’ve chosen.
If you’re not used to eating tofu, this recipe should win you over with its delicious marinade of fresh herbs and soy sauce, as well as the toasty aromas of toasted sesame seeds.
