Here’s my recipe for a puff pastry tart with spinach, goat cheese, and pine nuts. It’s a simple yet delicious recipe that I make all the time when I’m short on time. The kids and visiting friends love it 😋!
In fact, this puff pastry quiche is so delicious that it should make most kids love spinach!
For convenience, you can use frozen spinach if you don’t have fresh on hand. Once thawed and mixed with crème fraîche and eggs, it works perfectly!
As for the size, I’m presenting this tart here in a large pan as a main course. If you’re serving it as an appetizer or for a cocktail party, you can also make individual tartlets or mini-tartlets. In that case, you’ll need to use appropriate pans in the right size for your needs.
