This goat cheese and leek tart recipe is sure to become a staple in your kitchen. It’s as delicious as it is beautiful, with its deliciously golden slices of goat cheese and whole-wheat shortcrust pastry.
Enjoy, and thank you in advance for your comments 🙏

Hi Ratatouille,
Thanks for the edit.
So, I made this tart, and it really is delicious! (I used whole-wheat flour for the crust and added some thin strips of ham.)
Here are a few quick notes:
– You should specify to add the nutmeg to the filling (in step 5)
– I think it would be better to pre-bake the crust, don’t you? Do you pre-bake it?
– As for baking time, it took 40 minutes for us.
Hi Micka, wow, that tart looks amazing! The ham strips make it even more delicious and colorful!
Thanks for pointing that out—I added the nutmeg that was indeed missing.
As for me, I didn’t need to pre-bake it when baking at 200°C. But I want to lower the baking temperature in the future, to around 180°C, for the healthiest possible baking… and in that case, I think pre-baking the crust will be necessary, otherwise it might get soggy from the filling before it has time to bake.
I haven't made this tart yet, but it looks really good.
But after reading the recipe, I think the step "Pour in the filling and top with slices of goat cheese" should be the second-to-last step (not step 3)😉.
Oops, you're right—the instructions were mixed up. I just fixed it.
Thanks again, Micka 🙏
