    7 ¾ oz of dark chocolate pastry chef
  • Image de whole milk
    1.7 fl oz of whole milk
  • Image de full-fat crème fraîche
    1.7 fl oz of full-fat crème fraîche
  • Image de butter
    1.8 oz of butter

Ganache : instructions

  • 1
    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the cream and milk.
  • 2
    Once everything has melted, add the butter at the end.

    Let cool to room temperature.
  • 4
    Spread this mixture over your cake.
