Here’s my recipe for a zucchini, goat cheese, and mint tart. It’s very easy to make and has a delicious, fragrant flavor.

Tarte à la menthe : instructions

  • 1
    Prepare the shortcrust pastry as described in the recipe .
  • 2
    Peel the zucchini and dice them, then sprinkle with a little salt.
  • 3
    Mix the crème fraîche and eggs, and season with salt. Add the diced zucchini, mint, and goat cheese.
  • 4
    Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  • 5
    Butter a pie pan and press the dough into it. Pour in the filling. Bake for 30 minutes.
