If you’re looking for a colorful and slightly gourmet appetizer, these pretty bites should catch your eye. They’re very easy to make, featuring mashed avocado, chive whipped cream, and ginger-flavored smoked salmon.
I’ve made them on several occasions, and honestly, they’re a guaranteed hit every time 😋
However, the only challenge, if you decide to make them at the last minute, is finding perfectly ripe avocados. And that’s a real headache—I even tried microwaving them once (don’t try this at home!).
So I recommend buying your avocados a few days in advance to give them time to ripen a bit if needed.
