To make this creamy potato soup with salmon, I drew inspiration from the excellent book Cuisiner… Trop Facile !, Martina Solter / Kathrin Ullerich, Solar, 160 pages. As the title suggests, it’s a collection of recipes designed to show that you can create delicious and visually appealing dishes without having to be a professional chef.
In this case, all you need to do is make a potato soup and add slices of smoked salmon to a soup bowl.
The result is a very successful combination of flavors, colors, and textures—all with minimal effort!
