Here is my recipe for a salmon and avocado bagel.
You’re probably familiar with the bagel—that round, seed-topped brioche-style bread that our Anglo-Saxon friends slice lengthwise and top with a variety of fresh fillings. It’s a brunch classic, and the trend is toward healthy, diet-friendly, or vegetarian bagels. You could almost say the bagel is the burger’s virtuous cousin!
One day, while listening to Laurent Mariotte review a salmon and avocado sandwich, I had the idea to adapt it into a “bagel” version, and I thought it was delicious!
