  • Prepare the shortcrust pastry as described in the recipe .
  • Peel the zucchini and dice them, then sprinkle with a little salt.
  • Mix the crème fraîche and eggs, and season with salt. Add the diced zucchini, mint, and goat cheese.
  • Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  • Butter a pie pan and press the dough into it. Pour in the filling. Bake for 30 minutes.
