Here’s my recipe for a light and easy frangipane-filled galette des rois, just the way I make it for my family and coworkers.
I’m not a huge fan of heavy, sugary pastries myself, so I tried to strike the right balance between indulgence and lightness in this recipe…
I guess I did a pretty good job, since everyone keeps asking for more 🙂 As you’ll see, this homemade frangipane Galette des Rois is very simple to make—the key is choosing a good puff pastry!
