Lapin au four : instructions
- 1Peel and halve 4 cloves of garlic, removing the central germ. Cut them into large pieces.
Stuff the rabbit with them, making an opening with a knife. - 2Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into large chunks.
You can leave the skin on if they are untreated. - 3Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Pour some oil into the bottom of a baking dish and place the rabbit and potatoes in it. - 4Turn them over so they're coated in oil, then sprinkle with herbes de Provence and season with salt.
Bake for 40 minutes.
