Instructions
Peel and halve 4 cloves of garlic, removing the central germ. Cut them into large pieces.
Stuff the rabbit with them, making an opening with a knife.
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into large chunks.
You can leave the skin on if they are untreated.
Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Pour some oil into the bottom of a baking dish and place the rabbit and potatoes in it.
Turn them over so they're coated in oil, then sprinkle with herbes de Provence and season with salt.
Bake for 40 minutes.
