I love Brussels sprouts, but I didn’t have a recipe for baking them in the oven—until now. This recipe for Brussels sprouts au gratin with Parmesan and herbes de Provence is the perfect solution.
As you’ll see, the preparation is super simple, and the cooking time is relatively short. This recipe for tender Brussels sprouts baked au gratin is a great idea for an everyday meal. These delicious little green balls coated in crispy Parmesan will delight both kids and adults!
You can serve these gratinated Brussels sprouts as a side dish with meat or fish. But they also make an excellent main course, served with pasta, such as the fusilli in the photo.
This Brussels sprouts gratin is a vegetarian dish, but you can easily make it vegan. To do so, simply replace the butter with margarine and the Parmesan with vegan cheese.
