Lapin Minute : instructions
- 1Cut the rabbit into pieces.
- 2Peel the onion and chop it.
- 3Pour a little oil into a skillet. Brown
the rabbit pieces.Season with salt and pepper, then add the chopped onion.
- 4Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 5Squeeze the lemon; pour the juice over the rabbit.
- 6Arrange the rabbit pieces in a deep serving dish.
- 7Deglaze the pan by adding 1 to 2 tbsp of boiling water.
Stir well over high heat. - 8Drizzle the sauce over the rabbit pieces.
Serve immediately with green peas.
