Ingredients for Lapin Minute

    1 rabbit cut into pieces
  • Image de onion
    1 onion
  • Image de lemon
    1 lemon
  • Image de sunflower oil
    sunflower oil
  • Image de salt and pepper

  • Kitchen utensils

Lapin Minute : instructions

  • 1
    Cut the rabbit into pieces.
  • 2
    Peel the onion and chop it.
  • 3
    Pour a little oil into a skillet. Brown
    the rabbit pieces.

    Season with salt and pepper, then add the chopped onion.

    Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 5
    Squeeze the lemon; pour the juice over the rabbit.
  • 6
    Arrange the rabbit pieces in a deep serving dish.
  • 7
    Deglaze the pan by adding 1 to 2 tbsp of boiling water.
    Stir well over high heat.
  • 8
    Drizzle the sauce over the rabbit pieces.
    Serve immediately with green peas.
