Bagel au saumon et aux avocats

  • Cut the salmon into pieces, along with the avocado flesh, which you should squeeze with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks, then add the salmon, avocados, shallot, and chopped parsley.
  • Slice the bagel in half, spread the mixture on one half, then place the other half on top. It's ready!
