Bagel au saumon et aux avocats

Instructions
Cut the salmon into pieces, along with the avocado flesh, which you should squeeze with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks, then add the salmon, avocados, shallot, and chopped parsley.
Slice the bagel in half, spread the mixture on one half, then place the other half on top. It's ready!
Notes
You can also use this mixture as a topping for canapés to serve with drinks!
