Velouté de pommes de terre au saumon

17.6 oz of potatoes

2.8 oz of marinated salmon

1 oil

6.8 fl oz of white wine

3.2 cup of vegetable broth

3.5 oz of liquid crème fraîche

2 lemon juice
Instructions
Peel and chop the onion, peel and wash the potatoes, and cut the salmon into strips.
Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Heat the oil in a soup pot and sauté the chopped onion.
Add the diced potatoes and pour in the white wine.
Add the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Using a blender, puree the potatoes until very smooth.
Pour in the crème fraîche. Stir. Add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend the soup again before serving.
Arrange the marinated salmon on the plates. Pour the cream soup over it. Add a little freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
