June : Introduction

June is a pivotal month, when summer begins to settle in gently. Seasonal produce, just arriving, brings color to markets and kitchens. It’s peak season for strawberries, cherries, raspberries, apricots, and peaches, which add freshness and sunshine to our desserts, salads, and smoothies. Spring vegetables like peas, radishes, asparagus, baby carrots, and zucchini are best enjoyed raw or lightly cooked in light, flavorful dishes.




It’s also the perfect time to start enjoying barbecues and grilled</strong> dishes<strong> with family or friends, featuring skewers, marinated meats, and vegetables cooked over charcoal. Meals are simple, convivial, and all about lightness and freshness.

June is the month when cooking adapts to the warm weather, when we eat outdoors, when we enjoy seasonal produce, and when the flavors of summer begin to fill our plates.
