If you're looking for a spread (or "dip" for those in the know), give this beet hummus a try!
It’s a creative idea that’s perfect for an appetizer or starter.
Contrary to what the name might suggest, there are no chickpeas in this recipe. That said, tahini (sesame paste) and cumin—two other ingredients found in traditional hummus—give it its classic Middle Eastern flavors.
On the practical side, this beet hummus is very easy to make, as long as you have a food processor. Plus, it only requires pantry staples that you can stock up on well in advance.
All that’s left is for me to wish you a delicious meal, whether with family or friends!

Super quick, fresher than traditional hummus, and absolutely delicious as long as you use high-quality ingredients!
I kept the same quantities but used "large" spoonfuls for a 6-pack of small vacuum-sealed beets—it turned out perfectly!
