    3 potatoes medium to large
  • Image de turnip
    2 turnips wide

    Separate the radish greens from the bunch.
    Rinse and drain them. Add them to a pressure cooker.

    Peel and chop the vegetables. Place them in a pressure cooker with the oil.

    Sauté the vegetables over low heat until the greens have wilted.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Super bon et très simple à préparer… de plus, c’est une recette économique et écologique, car elle m’a permis d’utiliser toute ma botte de radis, sans rien jeter !
