Ingredients for Pineapple-Coconut Energy Smoothie

    1/2 pineapple about 400 g
  • Image de banana
    1 banana ripe
  • Image de ginger
    0.2 oz of ginger
  • Image de coconut milk
    4.2 fl oz of coconut milk or a light rice-coconut drink
  • Image de agave syrup
    2 agave syrup
  • Image de mint
    2 mint or verbena
  • Kitchen utensils
  • Image de blender
    blender

Pineapple-Coconut Energy Smoothie : instructions

  • 1
    Cut the pineapple into pieces, removing the skin, and do the same with the banana. Place them in the blender jar.
  • 2
    Peel and dice the ginger, then add it to the blender.
  • 3
    Add the mint leaves and agave syrup, then blend on medium speed for a few seconds until all the ingredients are pureed.
  • 4
    Then add the coconut milk and blend on high speed until the mixture is both creamy and frothy. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
