Amuse-bouche : Introduction

This page is designed to guide you through all the amuse bouche offered by our gourmets, from the simplest to the most sophisticated.

Amuse-bouche, chef's treat, appetizers, petits fours, and hors d'oeuvres... these terms, though sometimes used interchangeably, refer to distinct culinary preparations that add an elegant touch to receptions and fine dining.

Petits fours, consist of an assortment of savory and sweet bites, often served at receptions or cocktail parties. Petits fours offer a variety of flavors and textures in a bite-sized format, providing an explosion of taste in your mouth without getting your fingers sticky :)




Amuse-bouches, also known as appetizers, are small dishes served in bite-sized portions before the main meal. They can be hot or cold and are characterized by their ability to awaken the taste buds without filling you up.

From elaborate verrines to delicate canapés, appetizers offer an opportunity to play with flavors, colors, and presentations.
