This recipe is full of Mediterranean flavors and showcases squid (also known as calamari, chipirons, or supions, depending on the region!).
These squid in white wine are very easy to prepare; all you need to do is buy some nice, fresh squid from your favorite fishmonger. You’ll cook the squid in a delicious white wine and onion sauce. At the same time, you’ll simmer the rice in a delicious aromatic blend of garlic, saffron, and white wine!
