Here is my recipe for protein pancakes, inspired by Olivier Lafay’s famous book *Méthode de Nutrition* (published by Amphora). I love this recipe because it’s very easy to make, delicious and filling, high in protein, and low in fat.
It’s therefore ideal for a muscle-building diet.
Plus, it has the advantage of not requiring whey isolate protein powder or other products that are more or less healthy and natural. Finally, it’s a vegetarian and gluten-free dish… a real winner for anyone—athletes or not—who wants to eat simple and healthy!


Bonne idée pour une collation protéinée… de mon côté j’y ajoute parfois du fromage blanc 0% pour changer, mais toujours dans l’esprit “léger et protéiné”.
