Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
Add the oat milk, buckwheat flour, and cocoa.
Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
Preheat your skillet, then add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Pour the mixture into your skillet.
When air bubbles appear on the surface of your pancake, flip it over.
