  • Image de poppy seeds
    16 g of poppy seeds or sesame seeds
  • Image de buckwheat flour
    35 g of buckwheat flour
  • Image de wheat flour
    35 g of wheat flour T45 or T55
  • Image de water
    64 g of water cold
  • Image de vegetable oil
    20 g of vegetable oil olive oil or grapeseed oil, but refined to withstand cooking (avoid "virgin" oils)

    Mix the seeds and flour, then add the oil and water.

    Place a sheet of parchment paper on the table, and spread the dough with a spatula until it forms a large rectangle about 3 mm thick.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Use the
    back of a knife to score the crackers without tearing the paper!
