Homemade whole-grain crackers

  • Mix the seeds and flour, then add the oil and water.
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on the table, and spread the dough with a spatula until it forms a large rectangle about 3 mm thick.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Use the
    back of a knife to score the crackers without tearing the paper!
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
