Homemade whole-grain crackers

Ingredients

0.6 oz of oatmeal

0.6 oz of pumpkin seeds

0.6 oz of sunflower seeds or flaxseeds

0.6 oz of poppy seeds or sesame seeds

1.2 oz of buckwheat flour

1.2 oz of wheat flour T45 or T55

2.3 oz of water cold

0.7 oz of vegetable oil olive oil or grapeseed oil, but refined to withstand cooking (avoid "virgin" oils)
Instructions
Mix the seeds and flour, then add the oil and water.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the table, and spread the dough with a spatula until it forms a large rectangle about 3 mm thick.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Use the
back of a knife to score the crackers without tearing the paper!
Bake for 30 minutes.
