Bredele : instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 160–170°C (320–340°F).
- 2In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the butter and sugar, then add a beaten egg, the cinnamon, and the flour.
- 3Form the dough into a ball and roll it out on a floured work surface (to about 5 mm thick). If the dough is too stiff to roll out, let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 4Cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter, brush them with egg yolk, then glaze them with a mixture of powdered sugar and water.
- 5Bake for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on it!).



Recette pas du tout bonne dans les proportions. La pate est collante à souhait !! La dose de farine doit être doublée !
Le glaçage c’est juste de l’eau sucrée… Pas de dosage précisé!
