Ingredients

125 g of butter softened

125 g of brown sugar

125 g of flour

2 eggs

2 tsp of cinnamon

1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160–170°C (320–340°F).
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the butter and sugar, then add a beaten egg, the cinnamon, and the flour.
Form the dough into a ball and roll it out on a floured work surface (to about 5 mm thick). If the dough is too stiff to roll out, let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter, brush them with egg yolk, then glaze them with a mixture of powdered sugar and water.
Bake for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on it!).
