Here’s a simple recipe that brings back fond childhood memories: meatballs made with a delicious mixture of ground beef, flavored with Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.

Ingredients for Boulettes de viande

    17.6 oz of ground beef
  • Image de Grated Parmesan
    1 bag of Grated Parmesan
  • Image de egg
    2 eggs
  • Image de garlic
    4 pods of garlic chopped
  • Image de parsley
    parsley chopped
  • Image de breadcrumbs
    1 bowl of breadcrumbs
  • Image de salt and pepper
    salt and pepper

Boulettes de viande : instructions

  • 1
    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then, after washing your hands with warm water, shape the mixture into balls about the size of a small egg, flattening them slightly on both sides to help them cook evenly.
  • 2
    Make sure (by adding more or less warm water) that they are neither too dry nor too soft.
  • 3
    Next, fry them in hot oil, then place them on a plate lined with paper towels, and cover them with a second plate to keep the meatballs from drying out.
  • 4
    They're good hot or cold.
