Ingredients

1 bag of Grated Parmesan

4 pods of garlic chopped

1 bowl of breadcrumbs

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then, after washing your hands with warm water, shape the mixture into balls about the size of a small egg, flattening them slightly on both sides to help them cook evenly.
Make sure (by adding more or less warm water) that they are neither too dry nor too soft.
Next, fry them in hot oil, then place them on a plate lined with paper towels, and cover them with a second plate to keep the meatballs from drying out.
They're good hot or cold.
