  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then, after washing your hands with warm water, shape the mixture into balls about the size of a small egg, flattening them slightly on both sides to help them cook evenly.
  • Make sure (by adding more or less warm water) that they are neither too dry nor too soft.
  • Next, fry them in hot oil, then place them on a plate lined with paper towels, and cover them with a second plate to keep the meatballs from drying out.
  • They're good hot or cold.
