Baked Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese

  • Rinse the cabbages, remove any wilted leaves, and cut them in half.
  • Melt the butter over low heat.
    Pour two-thirds of the melted butter into a baking dish, and sprinkle with two-thirds of the grated Parmesan cheese.
    Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Then
    place the cabbage halves on top of the butter-Parmesan mixture, with the cut side facing down.
  • Finally, top with the remaining butter and then the remaining Parmesan.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown for about 15–20 minutes.
    It's ready!
