Here’s my simple and delicious recipe for sea bass fillets with fennel. If you’re not familiar with sea bass, it’s a fish of the same species as sea bass, but it lives in the Mediterranean rather than the Atlantic like the latter. It’s one of the most well-known and beloved fish in Provençal cuisine.
These fillets will bake in the oven in a delicious Provençal marinade made with onion, white wine, thyme, fennel, olive oil, and lemon. It’s a real treat to eat, bursting with the aromas of the Mediterranean!
You can serve these fillets with white rice, steamed potatoes, or mashed potatoes with olive oil.
Enjoy your meal, and thank you in advance for your comments!
