Here’s my recipe for salmon en papillote with cream and spring onions. It’s a very simple dish to prepare for a spring meal, just when spring onions start appearing in the markets.
When it comes to cooking, I wrap them in parchment paper, which is much healthier than aluminum foil. Then I pop the parcels in the oven and don’t have to worry about them until they’re ready 😅
