Pineapple-Coconut Energy Smoothie

Instructions
Cut the pineapple into pieces, removing the skin, and do the same with the banana. Place them in the blender jar.
Peel and dice the ginger, then add it to the blender.
Add the mint leaves and agave syrup, then blend on medium speed for a few seconds until all the ingredients are pureed.
Then add the coconut milk and blend on high speed until the mixture is both creamy and frothy. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
