Pâtes à la Carbonara : instructions

    Put the pasta on to cook.

    Meanwhile, sauté the bacon bits without adding any oil; their own fat will be enough.

    Then mix the egg yolks, bacon bits, and the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

    Add the sauce to the pasta. Serve immediately.

      Bonjour Sylvie, oui en effet j’ai toujours cuisiné la carbo avec de la crème fraîche, mais je ne revendique pas que ce soit la recette traditionnelle 🙂

      Si tu as une bonne recette de la “vraie” carbonara italienne, je suis preneur !!!
