Here’s my simple recipe for creamy zucchini and leek soup with curry. It requires just a few ingredients and comes together quickly.

4 leeks
4 zucchini
1 l of chicken broth No MSG, and no palm oil if possible!
1 tbsp of curry clean-shaven
salt and pepper

Prepare the chicken broth according to the package directions (usually 0.5 liters for one cube or packet).

Cut up your leeks and add them to the broth,

Slice the zucchini, sauté them briefly, then add them to the broth,
