  • Prepare the chicken broth according to the package directions (usually 0.5 liters for one cube or packet).
  • Cut up your leeks and add them to the broth,
  • Slice the zucchini, sauté them briefly, then add them to the broth,
  • Add the curry and let it cook,
  • Blend everything together, and it's ready. You can add a dollop of crème fraîche!
