With April comes spring in full swing, and our cooking becomes lighter, more colorful, and full of freshness. The markets are filling up with early seasonal produce: asparagus, peas, baby carrots, spinach, spring onions… all these treasures herald the return of greener, crunchier, and vitamin-packed dishes. Herbs are also making a comeback in the kitchen, adding their fragrant notes to our dishes.




As for fruit, rhubarb makes its appearance, soon followed by the first strawberries, perfect for fresh and indulgent desserts. Recipes take on a touch of sweetness and light, just like the days that are getting longer.

April is also often the time to celebrate Easter, the quintessential family and culinary holiday, with its chocolate eggs, Easter lambs, and spring menus that bring young and old together around a beautifully set table.

A month full of vitality, blending tradition and freshness, to awaken the taste buds and welcome the warm season with a feast.
