In our family, this delicious apple tart has been "tried and tested" for a long time! We named it that because, unlike a classic apple tart, the topping is made with an apple crumble.
The proportions I provide in this recipe are suitable for a 27-cm tart pan.

Tarte aux pommes crumbelisée : instructions
- 1Make a shortcrust pastry.
- 2Cut the apples into quarters, peel them, cut each quarter in half lengthwise, and then cut into pieces.
- 3Prepare the crumble topping by rubbing the 3 ingredients together by hand in a mixing bowl.
- 4Preheat your oven to 180°C, using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 5Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, then 45 minutes at 140°C, then finally 15 min in the turned-off oven to let it simmer thoroughly.
