  • Make a shortcrust pastry.
  • Cut the apples into quarters, peel them, cut each quarter in half lengthwise, and then cut into pieces.
  • Prepare the crumble topping by rubbing the 3 ingredients together by hand in a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C, using the top and bottom heat setting.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, then 45 minutes at 140°C, then finally 15 min in the turned-off oven to let it simmer thoroughly.
