Saumon en papillotes : instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix together the mustard, wine, and crème fraîche. Coat the steaks with this sauce.
- 2Prepare the foil packets: Cut a sheet of parchment paper and place it in a shallow bowl or ramekin.
- 3Place the steak in the foil packet, pour a few tbsp of sauce over it, and seal the packet by folding the foil over itself several times to ensure it is completely sealed.
- 4Bake the parcels in the oven, checking on them every now and then to make sure they don't burn!
- 5Serve with rice and sorrel or spinach.
