dry white wine

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the mustard, wine, and crème fraîche. Coat the steaks with this sauce.
Prepare the foil packets: Cut a sheet of parchment paper and place it in a shallow bowl or ramekin.
Place the steak in the foil packet, pour a few tbsp of sauce over it, and seal the packet by folding the foil over itself several times to ensure it is completely sealed.
Bake the parcels in the oven, checking on them every now and then to make sure they don't burn!
Serve with rice and sorrel or spinach.
