Ingredients for Tapenade

  • Image de black olive
    250 g of black olives pitted
  • Image de anchovies in oil
    6 nets of anchovies in oil
  • Image de capers in vinegar
    3 tsp of capers in vinegar
  • Image de garlic
    1 pod of garlic
  • Image de olive oil
    10 cl of olive oil

Tapenade : instructions

  • 1
    Chop the olives with a knife, then peel the garlic clove.
  • 2
    Drain the anchovy fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Tear the anchovy fillets into pieces.
  • 3
    Drain the capers. Place the olives, anchovies, and capers in the food processor bowl.
  • 4
    Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil until you have a smooth, pliable dough.
