Tapenade

Instructions
Chop the olives with a knife, then peel the garlic clove.
Drain the anchovy fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Tear the anchovy fillets into pieces.
Drain the capers. Place the olives, anchovies, and capers in the food processor bowl.
Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil until you have a smooth, pliable dough.
