Tapenade

  • Chop the olives with a knife, then peel the garlic clove.
  • Drain the anchovy fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Tear the anchovy fillets into pieces.
  • Drain the capers. Place the olives, anchovies, and capers in the food processor bowl.
  • Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil until you have a smooth, pliable dough.
