Tarte à la tomate

  • Roll out the dough in a 28-cm pan.
  • Spread a thin layer of mustard on the bottom of the pastry.
  • Grate the cheese and spread it over the dough.
  • Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the cheese in a rosette pattern.
  • Sprinkle the surface of the tart with herbs, salt, and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
