Tarte aux feuilles de blettes

  • Chop the onion, sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil, and add the bacon bits.
  • Add the crushed garlic and the Swiss chard leaves.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the heavy cream.
  • Add the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • In a pie dish, roll out the dough and top it with the Swiss chard and bacon mixture.
  • Pour the second mixture over the tart.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
