Tarte aux feuilles de blettes

Ingredients

7 ¾ oz of chard leaves or spinach

3.5 oz of bacon bits

1 onion

2.8 oz of grated cheese such as Emmental, Comté, or Parmesan

6.8 fl oz of heavy cream

3 eggs

1/2 nutmeg

Instructions
Chop the onion, sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil, and add the bacon bits.
Add the crushed garlic and the Swiss chard leaves.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the heavy cream.
Add the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
In a pie dish, roll out the dough and top it with the Swiss chard and bacon mixture.
Pour the second mixture over the tart.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
