Strawberry Salad with Lemon and Verbena

Instructions
Start by rinsing the strawberries. To do this, I place the strawberries in the basket of a salad spinner and pour water over them. Then I gently stir them and remove the basket to drain them as quickly as possible.
Pat the strawberries dry with a paper towel.
Hull the strawberries with a kitchen knife, then cut them in half in a mixing bowl.
Squeeze the lemon right away and pour the juice into the bowl.
Rinse and chop the verbena leaves, then gently toss them into the salad.
Gently stir a few times, cover, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Take the salad out of the fridge a little while before serving, and enjoy!
