Crevettes Flambées au Pastis

Instructions
Sauté the shrimp in olive oil until they turn pink, then add the parsley mixture.
Pour in a splash of pastis and flambé.
Once the last flames have died down, season and top with cream.
Let it simmer for a few minutes, then enjoy.
These shrimp can be served with tagliatelle.
