  • Sauté the shrimp in olive oil until they turn pink, then add the parsley mixture.
  • Pour in a splash of pastis and flambé.
  • Once the last flames have died down, season and top with cream.
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes, then enjoy.
  • These shrimp can be served with tagliatelle.
