Cooking : 20 min
Ingredients
-
1 salmon steak
-
2 crème fraîche
-
1 brick
-
dill
-
pink peppercorns
-
salt and pepper
-
oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the bottom of a baking dish.
Place a sheet of brick pastry in a shallow bowl, spread two or three tbsp of crème fraîche in the center, and sprinkle with dill and pink peppercorns.
Place the salmon in the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with dill and pink peppercorns again,
Spread a little crème fraîche over the salmon, then fold the edges of the brick pastry over to seal it, securing them with a toothpick. Using a pastry brush, brush the brick pastry with a little oil, then place it in the baking dish,
Place the dish in the oven for 20 minutes, not too close to the broiler (Brick tends to brown quickly, so keep a close eye on it!).
