Instructions
Set aside one egg for glazing. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a very thick batter. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into two loaves and flatten them well; otherwise, the center won’t cook through. Beat the last egg and brush it over the tops of the loaves using a pastry brush.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
As soon as they come out of the oven, slice each loaf before they harden.
